New rooms for hire
Why not give the meeting rooms of the new Parents1st offices a try when you need a room to hire?
The meeting rooms in our new offices on the Southfields Business Park in Laindon, Essex are the perfect location and our friendly staff are on hand to ensure your meetings run smoothly. We are small, but we’re perfectly formed!
Our meeting rooms are available both weekdays and weekends, for hire by the hour, half day or full day and at various rates to:
- Commercial/ Business organisations;
- Not-for-profit organisations, community and voluntary groups.
We currently have two rooms available:
- Room 1 can seat up to 15 people;
- Room 2 can seat up to 20 people or could be used as a break out room.

Resources/Equipment:
Both rooms have:
- Electrical power points;
- Free Wi-Fi;
- Flip chart/ projector/ PC (available on request).
Refreshments:
Tea, coffee, cold drinks and biscuits are all available for a small charge.
If you would like to arrange outside catering for breakfast or lunch, please contact us for more information.
Access:
Our offices are located at Southfields Business Park in Laindon, Basildon; just off the Southend Arterial Road with good links to the M25 and M11.
From Laindon train station, it is a short 5-10 minute taxi ride.
There is parking available on site/off-street and the meeting rooms are ground floor and wheelchair/pushchair friendly.
