Our weekly exercise sessions are open to mums and birthing people across South and Mid Essex.

Join us for weekly in person antenatal and postnatal exercise sessions! This is a rolling programme – you can enrol at any point, provided places are available. When you sign up it entitles you to 8 sessions to take weekly. If your baby has an illness or an appointment and you have to miss a session, it is still valid for another time. You can bring your baby along to the session.

Or, why not join us online and exercise from the comfort of your own home? Fit 4 Mums is a fun and friendly weekly online exercise group that helps expectant mums and birthing people to keep healthy.

All our exercise sessions are suitable for everyone (particularly if you don’t normally exercise) and exercises will be adapted to suit all levels of fitness. It’s also a great way of meeting others before and after birth. So why not come on and give it a go!

You need to have had your 6 week postnatal check before attending a session after the birth of your baby. You should wait for 6 weeks before attending a session if you've had a vaginal delivery and 12 weeks if you've had a c-section to give optimum time for recovery.

Sensible exercise during pregnancy:
