Testimonial

“I heard about the Pregnancy Pal and Birth Buddy course at a children centre's. I went along to a coffee evening and filled out an application form and a few weeks after I got a letter through the post with course dates.

Easy!

I felt a bit nervous on the first day of the course but felt more comfortable when I realised I had already met the tutors and some of the students at the coffee evening. Everyone got on really well and 18 months on I feel I have made some really good friends”
